Are your products original?

Yes. Fulrix sells only genuine products sourced through authorised channels, with no clones and no fakes. We are an HP Authorised Partner, a Dell Technologies Authorised Partner and a Lenovo 360 Authorised Reseller, and we stock original Anker, Baseus, Ugreen, CMF, Eufy and other leading brands.

How can I tell an original charger or cable from a fake?

Originals come in sealed, well-printed packaging with a serial number or QR code you can verify on the brand's website. They are usually heavier and better finished, and they charge at the speed stated on the box. If a price looks too good to be true, it usually is. Buying from Fulrix removes the guesswork.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, and we handle the claim for you. See our Warranty page for details.

How long does delivery take?

1–3 business days within Abuja and 2–5 business days to other states, once your payment is confirmed. See our Shipping Policy.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free within Abuja on orders above ₦100,000. For other orders, the fee depends on your location and the size of your order and is shown at checkout.

How do I pay?

Pay securely online at checkout with your card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack or Flutterwave. Business customers can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice. For other payment arrangements, chat with us on WhatsApp.

Can I return an item?

If your item arrives defective, damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do you supply offices, schools and NGOs?

Yes. Fulrix Business supplies laptops, desktops, printers, monitors and IT equipment to organisations, with formal quotations, invoices and bulk pricing. Request a quote or visit Fulrix Business.

Can I get a product engraved or personalised?

Ask us on WhatsApp. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
