Shipping policy
1. Where we deliver
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria from Abuja.
2. Delivery times
- Abuja (FCT): 1–3 business days
- Other states: 3–5 business days
These timelines start once your payment is confirmed and your order is dispatched. Orders confirmed after 3:00 pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day. Remote areas may take longer.
3. Delivery fees
- Free delivery within Abuja on orders above ₦100,000.
- For all other orders, the delivery fee depends on your location and the size and weight of your order, and is shown at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch.
4. Bulk, business and institutional orders
Offices, schools, NGOs and government buyers can arrange scheduled or custom delivery, including delivery to multiple locations and setup on request. Delivery terms for these orders are stated on your quotation or purchase order.
5. Receiving your order
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. Check the package before signing for it. If the box is damaged, opened or tampered with, note it with the rider and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Delays
We work with trusted logistics partners. Delivery dates are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, security issues, public holidays or other events outside our control. We will keep you updated if your order is delayed.
7. Wrong address or failed delivery
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or no one being available, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
