These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from fulrix.com and our other sales channels, including WhatsApp and Instagram. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. About us
Fulrix Technologies Ltd (RC 8188108) is a technology retailer and IT solutions company registered in Nigeria, with its registered office at Plot 102 Tos Douglas Crescent, Kaura, Abuja, FCT.
2. Use of the website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt to access it without authorisation, or infringe anyone's rights while using it.
3. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Products and pricing
- We sell genuine, original products. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown.
- We try to keep descriptions, prices and stock levels accurate. If we find an error, we may correct it, and if a price was wrong we will contact you before processing your order.
- Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and accept payment. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will give you a full refund if you have already paid.
6. Payment
Full payment is required before delivery unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, such as on a purchase order or credit terms for business customers. Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received, and risk passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Warranty
Products come with the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable, for the period stated by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage, misuse, power surges, normal wear, or repairs and modifications by anyone other than an authorised service centre. Keep your receipt or order number, because it is required for any warranty claim. We will help you process manufacturer warranty claims for products bought from Fulrix.
10. Business and institutional customers
For organisations buying under a quotation, purchase order, contract or framework agreement, the terms of that document apply alongside these terms and take priority if they conflict.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Fulrix name and logo, text, graphics and images, belongs to Fulrix or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission. Brand names such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Anker, Baseus and Ugreen are trademarks of their respective owners.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fulrix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data or profits, delays caused by third-party logistics providers, or damage resulting from misuse of products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
14. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably, failing which it may be referred to the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
